NOTE TO READERS: From here on down are my old blog postings. Thanks.
… about posting once before I move to a new blog (and take all of my stuff with me, because it is my stuff, ya know).
I’m actually going to write two postings. One (this one) is the one I promised on a great protein mix that I’m using in conjunction with Smart for Life compliant, while exercising at the same time. The other will be an update on my weight loss after two weeks of exercising while on the Smart for Life (S4L) program. The question I’ll be answering is: Can you actually lose weight and exercise while being on S4F, considering that they all but forbid you to exercise while on it?
All right, here we go on the protein mix.

Now there’s three words you usually don’t see in one sentence or headline. But here’s the upcoming schedule of gizmos (keeping in mind our definition of “gizmo”) to be reviewed:

Imagine this. You wake up when you want. You do pretty much what you want…when you want. You have fun as much as you want. And you live life to the fullest.
Sounds like retirement, maybe? In my mind, retirement (at least the traditional form of it) is as boring as watching paint dry. Or watching C-SPAN.
Timothy Ferriss doesn’t think so. He thinks you should be able to do all of this now, while you’re working. He feels so strongly about this, he’s even written a book about it: The 4-Hour Workweek. And of course, he’s done it.

FHWW. I was amazed. You can take this book and make your current work life a whole lot easier, or you can follow it all and transform your life. It all depends on how far you want to go.
I’ll have the video review up the week after Thanksgiving. I probably won’t be posting this week, because my main consulting gig has me really busy and we’ve got all kinds of company coming into town. So this isn’t a “dead blog” by any stretch of the imagination. Stay tuned!

For a variety of reasons, I have been unsuccessful in getting a camera to start doing any video Sherpa-ing (another one of those “Is that a word?” kind of things). Hopefully that will come in a week or so. Meantime…

First, we’ll go with the latter from the headline. And no, I’m not talking about the cops. I’m talking Gordon Sumner, better known as Sting, along with guitarist Andy Summers and drummer Steward Copeland. Yep, The Police.

I’m not sure how you got here. Please don’t be offended by that. It’s just that as of the date/time of this entry, I have not done any promotion for this blog. It only exists because I wanted to grab the domain name for it.
Not that your being here is a problem. It’s not. In fact, I’m really glad you’re here. Thanks for stopping by.
My name is Bob Woods, and I will soon start a video blog/Podcast at this site to cover helpful gizmos and gadgets for business people — whether they be cubicle dwellers, home workers, small biz owners, road warriors, etc.
Click on the tabs at the top of this page to find out more about the site, who I am, what the heck Moism is, and other fun things.
Then stay tuned…I promise to bring you unique reviews and stories that will help you in your daily business life. And beyond.
